Welcome!
To all Friends and Guests;
Thank you for visiting BobLake.net. I hope that as you browse through the site you will get to know me better and contact me if you have any questions.
As your representative for the past 8 years I have brought into the legislative deliberations a business style thinking that looks at the effect of legislation on taxes and other costs that would be incurred if the offered legislation were passed.
Montana has been my home for most of my life and I am committed to giving back to the state, for the many benefits that I have received. I promise to work to protect the lifestyle we Montanan’s and others who have moved here want to enjoy. I feel it is my responsibility to protect the personal rights, property rights and the taxpayers of our state.
The state of Montana cannot afford to continue the growth in government that we have experienced over the past 5 years. The coming session will require very difficult decisions, considering the declining revenues that our state is experiencing. I believe that I am your best choice to handle that challenge.
I take pride in being recognized as a champion of Montana business by the Chamber of Commerce and promise to continue to support the strong business environment needed to create jobs and bring our economy back. Montana people can, if given the opportunity, build our economy back to the levels we enjoyed prior to the recent recession. I will do all possible, to create that business climate.
I am a candidate for Senate District 44 and will bring to that office the same principles and high standards that I have used to guide me for the past 8 years as your Representative.
Please take the opportunity to tour the rest of my site and I would encourage you to take the time to fill in the survey so I can use your inputs as legislation is developed. If you have any questions or comments you may either use the contact link or call me at 363-8020, I look forward to hearing from you. If you can help with the campaign financially, or in any other way, it will be deeply appreciated.
